This site is for general information about Emilio B. Hisse, MD, PA. It is not a patient portal and is not a way to send protected health information.

What we collect

If you use the appointment request form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and scheduling note you type. Do not send medical details through that form. Phone calls to the office are handled under ordinary medical-office privacy rules.

How we use it

Form submissions are used only to return your call and discuss scheduling. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising lists.

Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted by a web host that may log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not run a marketing pixel on this site.
