New patients are welcome. Call 713-667-3885 to request a first appointment. Tell the office you are new so they can set aside the right amount of time.

What to know before you come
A short visit goes better when you know how to reach us, what to bring, and when to call 911 instead.
Hours
Monday through Friday, by appointment. The office is not a walk-in clinic and is not open for emergencies after hours.
Please bring
- Photo identification and your insurance card
- A list of medicines and doses, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements
- Recent clinic notes, hospital records, or test results if you have them
- The names of your other doctors
Insurance
Please call the office to confirm that we can bill your plan before you come. Coverage changes, and we will not list plans here that we cannot verify on this website. Bring your card to every visit.
Office location
The address published by this practice is 9896 Bissonnet Street, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77036. Public directories sometimes list a West Loop / Bellaire address. If you have been seen at another office, call us so we send you to the right door.
Emergencies
If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, sudden weakness, fainting, or any symptom that feels like an emergency, call 911. Do not use the website form and do not wait for a return call.
